We no longer ship outside of Australia. This is due to high postage costs, customs risks and sticking firmly to our belief that as individuals we should be supporting our local makers.
You can find your local makers by searching social media, or searching on google.
Orders take up to 3 business days to be packaged and shipped. Delivery time varies and could take 2-7 business days until arrival. On rare (and unlikely) occasions this could take a little longer.
If for some reason you fear your parcel has been lost please contact us. We obtain proof of postage along with a tracking ID for every order we send and will do our best to help and support you in tracking your lost parcel.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost or tampered with parcels.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for any skin care products. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please email or contact us through the site so we can resolve the issue as quick as possible for you.
Refunds are only accepted if you have provided sufficient proof of reason to want a refund eg; photo proof of wrong product being sent, photo/video proof that items were missing in order, photo proof of a product not being as described.
Refunds are NOT given to those with buyers regret.
If you have failed to contact us within 40 days of purchase refunds are also not accepted.
